President & CEO
Korey Adams
Korey Adams is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Distinction, LLC, a Mississippi-based management and consulting firm specializing in workforce development, federal contract operations, and community-focused service delivery. Adams brings nearly three decades of professional experience across leadership, operations, and organizational management within federally funded programs, with deep expertise in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps program.
Adams has served in senior corporate and center leadership roles, including Center Director and General Manager positions for both large businesses and Alaska Native Corporation operators. He has led organizations through performance improvement and operational transformation, strengthening compliance, accountability, and service delivery outcomes.
Adams holds a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Jackson State University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Southern Methodist University's Perkins School of Theology, where his studies focus on preaching, leadership, and the role of faith communities in advancing economic and community flourishing.

Redford Salmon
Redford Salmon serves as Vice President of Operations for Distinction, LLC, providing executive leadership and oversight of the company’s contract operations, operational performance, and service delivery across its portfolio of federally funded programs. He brings extensive experience in workforce development, organizational leadership, performance management, and the operation of complex, compliance-driven programs.
Salmon works closely with executive leadership and program teams to strengthen contract performance, ensure operational consistency, mitigate risk, and maintain alignment with contractual and federal requirements. His leadership emphasizes accountability, effective resource utilization, and the achievement of key performance indicators that drive successful program outcomes.
Through his oversight of Distinction’s operations, Salmon plays a central role in translating the company’s strategic priorities into effective contract execution while supporting continuous improvement, operational excellence, and sustainable organizational growth.
Vice President of Compliance & Professional Development
Tiffany Campbell
Tiffany Campbell serves as Vice President of Growth and Talent at Distinction, LLC, where she leads the company’s human resources, professional development, and business development functions. She also oversees strategic growth initiatives, business relationships, and proposal development efforts that support Distinction’s continued expansion within the federal marketplace.
Campbell brings extensive experience in policy implementation, workforce development, compliance, and organizational management within federally funded programs. She leads efforts to strengthen organizational systems, develop and retain talent, enhance staff training, and ensure readiness to meet evolving contractual and regulatory requirements.
Through her leadership, Campbell supports a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while helping position Distinction for sustainable growth and expanded impact.
Director of Finance & Administration
Travis Dietrich
Travis Dietrich serves as Corporate Director of Finance and Administration for Distinction, LLC, where he leads the company’s financial management, administrative operations, and internal controls supporting its portfolio of federal contracts. Dietrich brings more than 15 years of experience in financial analysis, budget oversight, program administration, and federal program operations, with significant expertise in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps program.
Prior to joining Distinction, Dietrich served in senior analytical and program support roles with the U.S. Department of Labor, where his responsibilities included budget formulation, cost analysis, procurement support, and program assessment. His experience provides Distinction with valuable insight into the financial and administrative requirements associated with complex federal programs.
At Distinction, Dietrich leads efforts to strengthen financial stewardship, internal controls, administrative efficiency, and management reporting, helping ensure the company maintains the financial discipline and organizational infrastructure necessary to support compliant contract performance and continued growth.
